Deposits are non-refundable. If you can’t make it to your appointment, you can call us to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and we’ll roll your deposit over to the new appointment. If you no-show or cancel last-minute, then your deposit is forfeit and you will need to leave another to book again. Sorry, but that’s what they’re for!
